We confirm your total (including courier) before processing payment, so there are no hidden fees.

Yes! You’re welcome to send your own courier or delivery driver to collect your order directly from our warehouse once it’s packed and ready.

Our Plumstead location is for admin and invoicing only, not for walk-ins or customer collections.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll:

• Notify you when it’s ready for pickup, and

• Provide the warehouse address and contact person for your driver.

Once payment is confirmed, we dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Estimated transit times:

• Cape Town Metro: 1–2 working days

• Major Cities: 3–5 working days

• Outlying Areas: 5–7 working days

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order is shipped or collected.

Our Protective Masking Film is a consumable product, so we can only accept returns if:

• The packaging is unopened and unused, and

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges are processed once the returned items are inspected.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Currently, we deliver within South Africa only, but international bulk buyers can request export quotations.
